Hot off the heels of a headlining performance at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, EOTO will hit the road this winter for a month long tour that will take the band from the Southeast to the Midwest and back to the West Coast in less than 30 days. Keeping in EOTO tradition, all advance ticket purchases for their theater performances will include a free download from the show.
An EOTO performance is a musical journey that is unlike any other electronic performance on the circuit today. Loaded to the brim with all of the latest technology of a live producer, EOTO mixes and melds live instrumentation of the guitar, bass and drums into a musical galaxy of pavement pounding dance grooves. Featuring rancorous highs and their signature bass bomb lows, the duo has been selling out theater performances and packing festival appearances since their 2005 inception. Taking pride in the live improvisational process, EOTO has never brought a sample or predetermined beat to the stage in over 6 years of live performances. In kind, 2013 has brought the addition of a few new advancements to their tour rig, bringing yet another variation to their landmark sound.
Because EOTO starts fresh every night, the band’s evolutionary progress has been thrust into hyperspeed, eclipsing standard acts who return to their dusty catalog for every performance. This is apparent when following the musical evolution of their live performances, which are recorded every night and made available to their fans for live download directly following each performance.
EOTO will kick off their winter tour in Jacksonville, FL on November 6th, with stops in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Michigan and California before embarking on a mini tour throughout Colorado leading up to the tour finale scheduled for the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver on December 7th.
