EOTO Unleashes Their Most Industrious Live Tour Compilation Yet

EOTO just unleashed their annual live tour compilation K-Turns and U-Turns, Vol. 5. A musical celebration in electronic improvisation, the release features over 300 minutes of uninterrupted party-ready material. Their most industrious live tour compilation yet, the collection spans 4 discs of recorded music, each track digitally mastered to flow into the next to give the feel of a live show setting. Loaded to the brim with deep bass, thumping dance grooves and the kind of digital sci-fi inspiration that keeps EOTO’s music far ahead of its time, the full-length live album features the absolute best performances recorded in 2012.

Truly unique in the EDM world, EOTO has forged a new path in the world of live producing and remixing. Featuring an arsenal of instruments ranging from keyboards and percussion, to guitars and vocals, alongside gadgets and laptops, EOTO mixes, loops and creates each and every note live from scratch, night after night. Nothing short of jaw dropping, their live performances are as inspirational to watch as they are to lose yourself completely into the experience. From epic highs to ethereal and soft textures, Michael Travis and Jason Hann twist and turn through their catalog of instruments like a beast, it’s kill. Their no-holds barred approach to performance and producing has earned the duo a fervent following, ready to see what could happen next.

All of that passion translates into the 2013 release. From Red Rocks to Shambhala and packed theaters in between K-Turns and U-Turns Vol 5 documents more than just the music. Track by track it takes you on a journey of the country, world music events, and all of the energy generated by the fans each stop of the way.

In celebration of the fifth annual release of K-Turns and U-Turns, EOTO hosted a contest for the fans to design the album art. With over 50 incredible entries from the across the country in less than two weeks, EOTO selected Nick Jumblatt for his fantastic 3D rendering of a sci-fi super mobile loaded, with lasers. The entire 4 disc collection is now available at www.eotolive.com.
