Music on South Mountain is a singer-songwriter showcase taking place in the mountains of Gettysburg near the Michaux State Forest in Adams County.

The event will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010, with music starting at 1:00 pm and continuing late into the evening. The event is BYOB and food, however boxed meals will be available for purchase. It is a family-friendly event so please be responsible. A donation of $10 per person is suggested as the event is being held in support of breast cancer awareness (www.feelyourboobies.com).

Musicians performing include Rhyne McCormick, Ryan Heycock, Mitch Morrill, Ken Heeter, Aaron Bossinger, Margy Finnegan, Michael Males, David SanSoucie, Ryan Peters, Mark DeRose and Tori Sparks. Artwork by Pamela Speaker will also be on display at the event  (www.PamelaSpeakerArt.com). Please come out and spend the day listening to music on your lawn chairs or blankets.
